Sketch Design & Presentation Drawings
Upon instruction, a site survey and analysis will be carried out by me, or commissioned locally, should the site exceed a certain size or complexity. It may also be necessary on occasion, to carry out an arboricultural report assessing the existing trees and shrubs on site. When completed, a sketch design will be drawn up, which will act as a discussion document, based on our conversation from the initial consultation. The sketch design offers the client the chance for open discussion, where the design can be analysed and altered where necessary.
Once approved, working drawings and tender documents in the form of laying out plans, section elevations, cross-sections and material and plant specifications, will be prepared for the contractor.
